2026 IEEE the 14th International Conference on Smart Energy Grid Engineering (SEGE 2026) will be held during August 19-21, 2026 at Ontario Tech University, Oshawa, Canada. This premier conference will feature a distinguished lineup of speakers and high-quality research papers, addressing topics including energy generation, grid transmission and distribution infrastructures, energy storage systems, electrification strategies, ICT integration, and energy system cybersecurity.
It is our great pleasure to invite you to join our International Conference on Smart Energy Grid Engineering (SEGE), which is sponsored by Toronto Section NPS Chapter and hosted by Ontario Tech University.
Smart energy and grid technologies play a crucial role in transforming global energy systems by improving the efficiency, intelligence, and sustainability of energy production, transmission, distribution, and consumption. With advancements in distributed energy resources, energy storage, electrification, and ICT, traditional power grids face challenges in meeting diverse energy demands. Smart grids, using cutting-edge communication protocols, big data, and AI, optimize energy management and enable large-scale renewable energy integration while improving system security, reliability, and flexibility. International collaboration and research dissemination are essential for driving innovation in smart energy systems. Focusing on topics like energy generation, infrastructure, storage technologies, and electrification, researchers and industry professionals can accelerate the global energy transition.
Workshop requires at least 5 speakers/papers registrations.
