Submission Method
Submitted manuscripts should be written in English conforming to the required template, all paper submissions must represent original and unpublished work. Papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format via the link provided below:

Paper Publication
At the authors' choice, those works not suitable for
publication can send us the abstract only, and give an
oral presenation at the conference as well. The abstract
will not be published. Each paper should be more than 4 pages
normally, including all figures, tables, and references.
Each registration covers 5 pages, extra page will be
charged at 50 USD per page.
All accepted papers will be subjected to review and will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE conference proceedings, and indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus, etc.Paper Page Limit
